Payments

Payments are received either through, Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash on collection. Which ever works for you.

Payment plans available on orders over £100. Just speak to Mel { Tinks } to arrange a suitable plan that suits you.

All our orders will be made once payment has landed.

Shipping

Items purchased from the store, will be posted through royal mail within 1 day, Once payment has cleared. All items purchased through the webstore, will be shipped direct from the main suppliers. So deliveries are 2-7 working days.

Please notify us within 2 days after expected delivery date if your items have not arrived and we will explore what’s going on.

Returns

Due to the nature of our items, there is a “No Returns” policy unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

A full refund will be issued once the item has been assessed and accepted as faulty.
